According to the histogram (TEM-analysis) the particle size of the CMS sample varies between 30 to 73 nm with the majority of the particles beeing between 30 to 45 nm. It should be mentioned that the image above is an example image of the CMS particles on the TEM grid, different parts of the same gird may have different particles and the particle size can vary between 30 to 100 nm.
