In contact with the flame of the gas burner the test item melted, emitted orange sparks and turned into a brown residue. White smoke was observed. After removal of the ignition source, no propagation of combustion of the test item was observed.

Based on the results obtained in an experimental study (Brekelmans, 2018) performed according to UN N.1 method and in complaince with Godd Laboratory practices (GLP), the test item is considered as non-flammable solid.

Based on handling and manufacturing practices, the test item is known to not be flammable in contact with air or to emit flammable gas in contact with water. Therefore,

the test item is not classified for flammability hazard according to GHS criteria.
