Results and discussion

Any other information on results incl. tables

The flame of the gas burner did ignite the test substance pile. The test substance melted, burned with a blue flame, and turned into a darkbrown, black charred residue. White smoke was observed. After removal of the ignition source, the flame extinguished immediately and no propagation of combustion was observed.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
other: 'not highly flammable' by ignition
Conclusions:
Amiloride Compound 6 was determined to be 'not highly flammable' by ignition in a GLP-compliant study performed in accordance with UN MTC Test N.1 and EC.A10.
