According to Regulation (EU) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) Annex VIII, section 8.4.1, column 2, the study does not need to be conducted because the physicochemical properties of the substance indicate that it can be expected to have a low potential for adsorption. E.g., the substance has a LogKow of <-5.2.
