Description of key information

The test substance is known to rapidly hydrolyse in contact with water to form boric acid (CAS 10043-35-3), acetic acid (CAS 64-19-7), sodium acetate (CAS 127-09-3 ), and hydrogen (CAS 1333-74-0). The half life of the test substance is less than 30 seconds.
