Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Sublethal observations / clinical signs:
Results presented as nominal values.
During the test no mortality occured in the control group as well as in the test substance concentration groups up to 46.4 mg/L.
One and 9 dead fish were observed at test concentrations of 100 mg/L and 215 mg/L after 24 h of exposure, respectively. After 48 hours of exposure 7 fish died at a test concentration of 100 mg/L and no living fish were found at 215 mg/L. After 72 h all test animals were dead in the 100 mg/L test concentration group.
-----------------------------------------------------
No signs of intoxication were observed in the control group as well as in the test concentration groups up to 46.4 mg/L.
Exposed to 100 mg/L fish showed apathy and tumbling starting after 4 hours of exposure.
In the test group exposed to 215 mg/L tumbling started after 1 hour of exposure followed by convulsions and narcotic-like states after 4 and 24 hours.
