Description of key information

Two acute experimental studies and three QSAR predictions are available to assess the aquatic toxicity of the registered substance.

The experimental studies were not considered reliable due to major methodological deficiencies and/or insufficient information provided on the methodology used. Therefore, QSAR predictions were performed using iSafeRat® High-Accuracy-Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship (KREATIS, 2019). Toxic effects were predicted on the three aquatic trophic levels (aquatic invertebrates, algae, fish) under acute conditions.

For algae, the 72h-ErC50 value was predicted at 0.43 mg/L. For daphnids, the 48h-EC50 value was predicted at 1.2 mg/L; and for fish, the 96h-LC50 value was predicted at 1.9 mg/L.
