The test substance induced slight superfacial necrosis after 15 min exposure and full thickness necrosis after 20 h exposure under these harsh occlusive conditions. The substance is considered corrosive based on the observed necrosis (consistent with UN 3265 Corrosive Liquid).

The material was reported to not be irritating to rabbit eyes.
