Remarks:
the "non extractable" portion of the mass balance may correspond to bound AMP, hence metabolites. A study in houseflies (see IUCLID section 6.5) evidenced incorporation into phospholipids instead of choline, and this may also exist in soil organisms.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In a soil degradation study in aerobic and anaerobic conditions, AMP-90 was degraded to CO2 by 50% and 15%, resp., over 30-35 days. This evidences that AMP degrades in soil and thta is has no toxicity to soil micro-organisms. The % non-extractable may suggest some metabolism in soil organisms.
