The test substance is a red-brown powder.

The test substance is a red-brown powder. The melting point  is >400 °C. The density  is 1760 kg/m³ at 20.7 °C. The test substance has a mass median diameter smaller than 100 µm. The vapour pressure of the test substance was estimated at 25 °C to be 7.25 x 10-37 Pa, based on the boiling point calculated and using the Modified Watson Correlation. The partition coefficient of the test substance between n-octanol and aqueous phase is: log Pow = -3.22. The water solubility of the test substance is 246 g/L at 20 °C. The surface tension of the test substance at 20.2 °C in water at a concentration of 1g/L was determined to be 65 mN/m. No self-ignition of the test substance was observed below 400 °C. The test substance is not considered to be highly flammable. The test substance is neither explosive nor oxidizing. The acid dissociation constants of the test substance was evaluated to be in the range from pKa -7.18 to 8.07.
