- The acclimatisation time was 12 days before test start. Temperatur: 22 +/-1° C . The water was composited according ISO/DIN 7346/l, the animals were not fed during the whole test procedure.

At 500 mg/l the fish died prior the first examination, consequently no further investigations could be done. At the concentration 100 -350 mg/l the testing animals showed a lower activity and swimming under the water surface. Dead animals had a brighter colour.
Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- Based on the results of this study the 96-hour LC50 of Brachydanio rerio was determined to be in the range of 350 - 500 mg/L.
