Description of key information

In accordance with column 2 , point 7.5, Annex VII of Regulation 1907/2006, the vapour pressure study does not need to be conducted if the substances melts above 300 ºC. As the melting point of the substance is greater than 700ºC, no study is required.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0 Pa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

A vapour pressure is not required based on the justification provided above and the substance can be assumed to be non-volatile. However, in order to allow the Chesar software to function a surrogate zero vapour pressure of 1 x 10^-9 Pa has been entered.
