In the non-GLP study from Redlich (2012), the flash point of Depanol I was determined according to EU method A.9 and the EN ISO 3679. The flash point was determined as 69°C. This information is considered to be Klimisch 2 information since this study was performed according to international guidelines but the experimental details were reported only in short.
In the GLP-Study from Frączak (2010) the flash point of Depanol was determinated according to EU menthod A.9 and the PN-EN ISO 2719:2007. The flash point wa derterminated as 53.0 ºC. This information is considered as Klimisch 1 information since the study was performed according to international guidlines and under GLP with a full experimental report.
The obtained results form the 2010 study is considered as more relevant for the further assessment.
