Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
The EC50 value of pyridobase to Daphnia magna was found to be 93 - 116 mg/L (24 h).
Executive summary:

The 24h acute toxicity of pyridobase to Daphnia magna was studied under static conditions according to ISO 6341. Daphnids were exposed to the test chemical at nominal concentrations of 0, 0.1, 1, 10, 20, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 1000 mg/L for 24 hr. Mortality/immobilisation and sub-lethal effects were observed at the end of the study period. The 24 -hour EC50 was 93 to 116 mg/L.
