Description of key information

The long term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates test was performed according to the OECD Guideline 211. Daphnia magna Reproduction Test was performed on Daphnia magna for 21 days using dibenzo[b,f]cyclohepten-1-one as a chemical at different concentrations.

The EC 50 value and NOEC value for dibenzo[b,f]cyclohepten-1-one (2222-33-5) in Daphia magna  was determined to be 0.31 mg/l and 0.22 mg/l respectively, based on effects on reproduction.
