Description of key information
The test material is well soluble in water (350 g/L). Due to the hydrophilic character of the compound, little or no distribution into octanol can be observed (log Kow –1.25). Based on the low log Kow the test material has a low potential to cross biological membranes and there exist no potential for bioaccumulation. According to rules for adaptation of test requirements, this study does not need to be conducted.
