Based on the LogKow values of the components of Cyclohexane oxidized, non-volatile residue (NVR), of -0.64 - 1.92 a LogKoc of 0.6 - 2.0 was calculated using the formula for nonhydrophobics as given in TGD part 3 (INVISTA 2014 Adsorption / desorption).

Due to the variable chemical composition of the test substance, fugacity modeling cannot be performed on the substance itself; therefore, fugacity modeling was performed on the known components of NVR. Substance is an aqueous solution of various C4 -C6 mono- and dicarboxylic acids, hydroxy-acids and esters. Therefore, the mode of entering into the environment will be water. Fugacity modeling of the components indicates that 99.7 -99.8% of emissions will remain in water (INVISTA 2014, Fugacity). The volatilization from water is negligible (INVISTA 2014 Henrys Law Constant and Fugacity).
