EXPERIMENTAL VALUES
The experimental values for the solubility of test substance in water and seawater are summarized in the table below. To determine that equilibrium had been achieved, the experimental data were statistically evaluated at the 95 percent confidence level. No statistically significant difference was observed between the sampling days, thus, the solutions were at equilibrium. A blank solution was run through the study scheme under the same conditions as the sample solutions. The data from the blank indicated that there were no interferences present for thia method.
