Hydrolysis in water:  approx. 40% degradation  in 1 hour at 30ºC

In a handbook compilation of chemical propierties it is stated that cyanuric chloride hydrolyzes rapidly in water and approximately 40% degradation was observed in 1 hour at a temperature of 30ºC.
