After 48 h exposure, 8/8, 7/8, 7/8, 1/8 and 0/8 fish survived at 0.2, 2, 20, 100 and 200 mg/L, respectively. Based on the findings of the study, the TL50 of FAT 20003/E in this fish acute toxicity test was determined to be 45 mg/L.

Description of key information

Key study : The acute fish toxicity test was performed using a methodology equivalent or similar to OECD Guideline 203. Fish were exposed to FAT 20003/E for 48 hours at following concentrations: 20 and 100 mg/L. At 48 h, 8/8 and 0/8 animals survived at 20 mg/L and 100 mg/L. The TL50 of FAT 20003/E in this fish acute toxicity test was determined to be 45 mg/L.
