The study is scientifically unjustified as 75% of the UVCB substance (as described in section 1.2) is Mg(OH)2 (CAS: 1309-42-8) which is non-flammable and an often used inorganic flame retardant.

Based on these considerations, the UVCB substance is not classified as flammable.
