Executive summary:

The thermal exothermic stability of 2,4'-dichloropropiophenone was evalueted by DSC. The DSC curve of DCP shows no exothermic decomposition effect in the temperaure range of 30 °C - 400 °C. The information on the thermal stability is considered to be reliable with restrictions.
