In conclusion, the partition coefficient (Pow) of Anthranilic Acid-AAOA in n-octanol - water was determined to be 106.0 ± 71.97 (95% confidence interval) which corresponds to log Pow of 2.01 ± 0.290 (95% confidence interval) using the shake flask method.
