Administrative data
First-aid measures
General information: Take off immediately all contaminated clothing.
After inhalation: Remove casualty to fresh air and keep warm and at rest.
After skin contact: Wash off immediately with plenty of water and soap.
After eye contact: In case of contact with eyes flush immediately with plenty of flowing water for 10 to 15 minutes holding eyelids apart and consult an ophthalmologist.
After ingestion: Rinse mouth immediately and drink plenty of water. Seek medical advice immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Dry extinguishing powder, carbon dioxide or water spray jet. In case of major fire and large quantities: Water spray jet or alcohol resistant foam.
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons: High power water jet.
Special hazards arising from combustion of the substance or mixture: carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx)
Special protective equipment for firefighters: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions: Use personal protection equipment.
Environmental precautions: Do not allow to enter into surface water or drains.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Take up mechanically. Clear contaminated areas thoroughly with organic solvents. Collect in suitable containers for disposal.
Handling and storage
Handling:
Advices on safe handling: Do not use if shelf life is exceeded.
Precautions against fire and explosion: Keep away from sources of ignition. - No smoking.
Storage:
Requirements for storage rooms and vessels: Store in a cool dry place: 5 - 25 °C
Hints on joint storage: Store separately from food.
Further information on storage conditions: Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Keep cool.

Exposure controls / personal protection
General health and safety measures: Follow common safety advices when handling chemical substances. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. When using do not eat, drink, smoke or snuff. Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Thorough skin-cleansing before breaks and after work.
Hand protection: Protective gloves. Organisational measures to prevent exposure.
Recommended glove material: Nitrile rubber. For special purposes, it is recommended to check the resistance to chemicals of the protective gloves mentioned above together with the supplier of these gloves.
Penetration time of glove material: Refer to the supplier of the gloves for breakthrough times of the material.
Unsuitable glove material: Natural rubber/latex, leather, thick fabric
Eye protection: Wear safety goggles.
Protective clothing: Wear suitable protective clothing.
Stability and reactivity
Possibility of hazardous reactions: No hazardous reactions known.
Conditions to avoid: No decomposition at intended use.
Thermal decomposition: No decomposition at intended use.
Hazardous decomposition products: No hazardous decomposition products known.
Disposal considerations
Appropriate disposal: Dispose of this material and its container to hazardous or special waste collection point. Send to a hazardous waste disposal facility under observation of official regulations.
