Description of key information

Dihydrogen hexafluorozirconate is an aqueous solution and its density depends on the actual concentration. Experimental confirmation of the density is scientifically not justified (in accordance with REACH Annex XI, section 1). For an aqueous solution, the density is not considered practically relevant for the chemical safety assessment. Nevertheless, as the key value for density 1.5 g/mL is selected (producer’s information for a typical ca. 45% solution).
