The sample shows an endothermic boiling peak in the 283 - 307 °C region. The two measurements gave the following values:

The mean onset (rounded to 285 °C) is selected as giving the best value of the boiling point. The difference between the lower onset value and the higher peak value is used to estimate the uncertainty.
