Additional information

The partition coefficient (n-octanol/water) of the test material was determined by reverse phase HPLC in the key study (Rudio, 1994). The study was performed to GLP and the standardised guidelines OECD 117 and EU Method A8. Under the conditions of the test the log Pow of the test material was determined to be 3.2 at 24ºC. This study was performed to a good standard with sufficient reporting to assess the reliability of the data. The study was assigned a reliability score of 1 in line with the principles for assessing data quality as defined by Klimisch (1997).
