In accordance with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 Annex VII, column 2 section 7.14 the study does not need to be conducted if the substance is marketed or used in a non-solid or granular form. The substance is a liquid. According to ECHA Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment (Chapter R.7a: Endpoint Specific Guidance, R.7.1.14, July 2017) the study does not need to be conducted.

During visual observation(s) of physical state and appearance by the testing laboratory the test material(s) were evaluated and determined to be a clear colourless or alternatively a colourless liquid. Both descriptions should be considered synonymous and an assertion as to the lack of turbidity or similar phenomena.
