Conclusions:
The only chemical group associated with explosive properties listed in UN Manual of Tests and Criteria, Table A6.1, is N-Metal bonds (N-Co). However this class corresponds to small unstable molecules such as Lithium azide, not to highly stable molecules such as Cobalt Phthalocyanine and its derivatives. As an illustration, copper phthalocyanine (CAS N° 147-14-8) was experimentally found as non-explosive (disseminated dossier). Therefore no explosive properties are expected based on the registered substance's structure.
