Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
SKIN: Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Wash the contaminated part with plenty of water and rinse. If any symptoms develop, look for medical assistance.
EYE: Wash abundantly with running water holding the open eyelids. Remove contact lenses, keep eyelids open.
INGESTION: If swallowed do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If any symptoms develop, look for medical assistance. If breathing has stopped, apply mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration using rescuer protection (pocket mask).
Fire-fighting measures
EXPOSURE HAZARDS: In combustion emits toxic fumes of carbon, nitrogen and sulfur oxides.
PROTECTION OF FIRE-FIGHTERS: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Wear protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes.
Accidental release measures
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS: Do not discharge into drains/surface waters/groundwater.
CLEAN-UP PROCEDURES: Contain with suitable absorbent material. Scoop into marked containers for disposal as chemical waste. Flush small residues away with water. Disposal according to local regulations.
Handling and storage
STORAGE REQUIREMENTS: Keep container tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry area with adequate ventilation.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Hand protection : Impermeable gloves resistant to chemical products.Take into account that the resistance of the gloves could be influenced by different factors, e.g. the work condition or temperature. Consequently the resistance could be different from the one indicated by the permeation data for a certain type of gloves.
Eye protection:Protective goggles
Body protection : Workers have to wear closed working clothes. The contaminated clothing should be washed before re-using them.
Additional information about engineering measures : Provide adequate ventilation. If this is not sufficient to maintain concentrations of particulates and solvent vapour below the OEL (=Occupational Exposure Limit) , suitable respiratory protection must be worn.
Stability and reactivity
Materials to avoid: Oxidizing agents, reducing agents
Hazardous decomposition products: None under normal storage conditions.
Disposal considerations
Contaminated packaging : Not reclaimable packs must be disposed with the product. Must be disposed of in accordance with local and national regulations.
