First-aid measures
Description of first aid measures:
If inhaled: Remove to fresh air. Obtain medical attention.
In case of skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and shoes.
Wash off with warm water and soap.
If symptoms persist, call a physician.
In case of eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids for at least 15 minutes.
If symptoms persist, call a physician.
If swallowed: Do NOT induce vomiting.
Rinse mouth with water.
Obtain medical attention.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed.
The first aid procedure should be established in consultation with the doctor responsible for industrial medicine
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media
Suitable extinguishing media:
For large fires use: Alcohol-resistant foam.
For small fires use: Carbon dioxide, dry chemical, water spray
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
No information available
Advice for firefighters
Special protective equipment for firefighters: In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Us personal protective equipment.
Further information:
Collect contaminated fire extinguishing water separately. This must not be discharged into drains.
Prevent fire extinguishing water from contaminated surface water or the ground water system.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Personal precautions:
Wear suitable protective equipment.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Environmental precautions:
Should not be released into the environment.
Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.
Avoid subsoil penetration.
Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up
Methods for cleaning up:
Sweep up and shovel.
Pick up and arrange disposal without creating dust.
Handling and storage
Precautions for safe handling
Advice on safe handling:
Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.
Do not get in eyes or mouth or on skin.
Avoid formation of dust and aerosols
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
