- In the preliminary test, the test item could not be ignited by a flame and therefore the performance of the main test was not necessary. Based on the result, the test item has not to be classified as readily combustible solid according to UN Transport Regulation nor as flammable solid according to CLP Regulation EC 1272/2008.
- Executive summary:
The flammability of the test item was investigated in a study conducted according to UN Manual of Tests and Criteria: Test N.1 (Test method for readily combustible solids). In the preliminary test, the test item could not be ignited by a flame. Thus, the performance of the main test was not necessary. Based on the result, the test item has not to be classified as readily combustible solid according to UN Transport Regulation nor as flammable solid according to CLP Regulation EC 1272/2008.
