Description of key information

In a Zahn-Wellens test the substance did not show any biodegradation over a 28 day period. Therefore it is concluded that the substance is not inherently biodegradable.

Additional information

Based on the additional information available from hydrolysis studies, reaction with ozone and degradation in a specific bacterial strain, it can be concluded that (bio)degradation of the substance is expected under environmental conditions.
