The pH value of the clear liquid phase at the ca. 835 g/L (10.0277 g and 10.0091 g test item / 12 mL[ses1] ) concentration level was determined to be: 0.5.

Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test item was determined to be > 835 g/L (ca. 10 g / 12 mL) at room temperature based on the Preliminary Test (OECD 105).
Executive summary:

The water solubility was determined according to OECD 105, Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008 method A.6 and OPPTS 830.7840. In a preliminary test no saturated solution of the test item could not be prepared, therefore, the standard methods for determination of the water solubility are not feasible. Therefore, the water solubility of the test item was determined using the Preliminary test (OECD 105) with visual detection. 5 - 11 g test item were added to 5 mL water in 1 g steps. After each addition of an amount of test item, the mixture was shaken and was visually checked for any undissolved parts of the sample. The pH of each sample was recorded. The water solubility of the test substance was determined to be > 835 g/L (ca. 10 g / 12 mL) at room temperature based on the Preliminary Test (OECD 105) (pH 0.5).

Description of key information
