- Details on results:
- The results of the determination of the test substance solubility are presented below:The mixtures were after one, two and three days of shaking in water bath at 30°C tempered down to 20 °C for 24 hours and 30 minutes centrifuged (5000 RPM) at 20°C. It was found that the test substance was swollen and the supernatant was not saturated solution. Content of the test substance in this solution was residual substance not embedded to the gel structure. This thesis was supported by preliminary test and HPLC analysis of supernatants. On the basis of preliminary test the solubility is at least 10 g/l. Concentration of test substance in supernatant after 1, 2 and 3 days of shaking measured by HPLC was lower than 0.1 g/l

- It is not possible to determine test substance water solubility by flask method due to the gel structure of solution. Based on the preliminary test, the water solubility is higher than 10 g/l.
