Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Specific details on test material used for the study:
SOURCE OF TEST MATERIAL
- Source and lot/batch No.of test material: 0011440677

STABILITY AND STORAGE CONDITIONS OF TEST MATERIAL
- Storage condition of test material: ambient temperature
Key result
Boiling pt.:
282.1 °C
Atm. press.:
300 hPa

In the temperature range used for boiling temperature measurements the test item was liquid and the normal boiling temperature could not be determined. By regression of the data given by the measurement according do dynamic method the following rounded equation was given: ln(p) = 18.0040 - 5672.69 / ( 179.09 + t / °C). At and above a pressure of 500.2 hPa a continuously decreasing boiling temperature indicates a thermally caused change of the test item.

Description of key information

282.1°C at 300 hPa

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The normal boiling temperature was determined by dynamic method according to OECD TG 103. In the temperature range used for boiling temperature measurements the test item was liquid. By regression of data given by the measurement according to dynamic method a boiling temperature of 282.1 °C was determined at a pressure of 300 hPa (BASF SE 15L00501).
