Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Interpretation of results:
- other: Not classified
- Conclusions:
- LD50 was considered to be 8980 mg/kg body weight. When rats were treated with 1-Amino-4-(2'-(4'',6''-dichloro-s-triazin-2-yl)amino)phenylamino)9,10-dihydro-9,10-dioxoanthracene-2,4'-disulphonic acid(13324-20-4) orally.
- Executive summary:
Acute oral toxicity study was done in rats using1-Amino-4-(2'-(4'',6''-dichloro-s-triazin-2-yl)amino)phenylamino)9,10-dihydro-9,10-dioxoanthracene-2,4'-disulphonic acid(13324-20-4).50%mortality was observed at dose 8680mg/kg bw. Hence LD50 was considered to be 8980mg/kgbody weight. When rats was treated with1-Amino-4-(2'-(4'',6''-dichloro-s-triazin-2-yl)amino)phenylamino)9,10-dihydro-9,10-dioxoanthracene-2,4'-disulphonic acid(13324-20-4)orally.
