Additional information

Both grades of multi-constituent test material are used under industrial conditions in a quartz bath and, when decreasing concentration of peroxomonosulphuric acid renders the substance no longer effective for commercial purposes, it is removed from the bath via a dedicated equipment drain and neutralisation takes place at a registered disposal site. As such, exposure of the environment to the multi-constituent test material is considered highly unlikely under normal operating conditions.

Conclusion on classification

Results of aquatic toxicity studies indicate that no environmental classification is required under the terms of GHS as reflected by Regulation (EC) 1272/2008.
