Description of key information

FAT 93460/D is a yellow powder at 20 °C. The melting point was determined to be 200 °C. The boiling point of FAT 93460/D can not be determined as the substance started to undergo thermic decomposition at about 250 °C. The density was determined to be 1.4583 g/cm³. Results of particle size distribution of FAT 93460/D were recorded as follows: L10: 1.161 μm; L50: 11.953 μm; L90: 119.748 μm. The vapour pressure of FAT 93460/D has been calculated to be 2.4 -E12 Pa at 25 °C. The n-octanol/water partition coefficent at 20 °C was determined to be (log Pow) >5.39. The water solubility of FAT 93460/D at a temperature of 20 °C was determined to be <0.7 μg/L (without correction for the purity). The surface tension of FAT 93460/D was determined to be 72.080 mN/m at room temperature of ca. 20 °C. FAT 93460/D is a solid and has a melting point of 200 °C. Hence the endpoint (flash point) is waived. The auto-ignition temperature was determined to be > 550 °C. FAT 93460/D should be considered as not highly flammable and non-explosive. FAT 93460/D is considered as not oxidising.
