Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
EC50 for p-Anisidine in Daphnia magna was found to be 4.12 mg/l, when exposed for 48h under semi-static condition.
Executive summary:

In the study Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates for p-Anisidine, Daphnia magna was exposed at nominal and measured concentrations of 450, 100, 22.2, 4.94, 1.10, 0.244 mg/L for duration of 48 hr. Immobilization was observed at concentration of 4.12 mg/l. Therefore EC50 for p-Anisidine

was considered to be 4.12 mg/l in Daphnia magna when exposed for 48h under semi-static condition.
