Additional information

The acute immobilisation of the test item to Daphnia magna (STRAUS) was determined according to OECD Guideline 202 / EEC Directive 92/69/EEC Method C.2. The study was conducted under static conditions over a duration of 48 hours. 20 test organisms were exposed to each test concentration and control. The nominal test item concentrations were: 56.25 - 112.5 - 225 - 450 - 900 mg/L. The validity criteria of the test guideline were fulfilled. The EC50 value was determined to be 117 mg/L (nominal) after 48 h and the EC10 value was determined to be 92 mg/L (nominal) after 48 h.
