Description of key information

The melting temperature of the testsubstance,Ashes (residues)– Biomass Combustionwas tested. The Differential Scanning Calorimetry method was used. The procedures used in the study were in accordance with:
Method A.1. Melting/Freezing temperature,Council Regulation (EC) No.440/2008, Published in O.J. L 142, 2008OECD Test Guideline No.102, Melting Point/Melting Range, Adopted July 27, 1995.
GLP study.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No endothermic peak corresponding to melting of the test substance was recorded in the tested temperature range from 35°C to 640°C. Thermal degradation of the test substance connection with the lost of the mass started at the temperature 40°C.

Definite value of melting temperature of the test substance could not be determined in the tested temperature range from 35°C to 640°C.
