Key value for chemical safety assessment

Half-life for hydrolysis:
0.03 d
at the temperature of:
323 K

Additional information

The preliminary test for abiotic degradation showed that the compound was stable to hydrolysis in buffers with pH values of 4.0 and 7.0 for 5 days at 50ºC, but degraded at pH 9.0. The advanced test for abiotic degradation was conducted at 50ºC and 37ºC at pH 9.0. The rate constants at 50ºC and 37ºC were calculated to be 2.69 x 10-2h-1and 7.52 x 10-3h-1respectively. The half-lives were calculated to be 25.8 h at 50ºC and 92.1 h at 37ºC.
