Description of key information

Melting point < -20°C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The melting temperature of the substance was determined in accordance with the test method OECD Guideline 102 "OECD Guideline For The Testing Of Chemicals, adopted by the Council on zz" July 1995, Melting Point/Melting Range" (similar to the test method A.1. "Melling/Freezing Temperature" as described in the Official Journal of the European Communities L383A).

The substance shows no area of melting temperatures (in the 1. and 2. heating run) up to 60 °C (at ambient temperature the sample is a fluid) according to the definition in the OECD Guideline 102. The cooling run shows no crystallisation.
