Description of key information

No self-ignition was observed up to 600 degrees Celsius (Fisk and Langner, 1995). The test was performed according to EU method A.15.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In the Fisk and Langer (1995) study, the self-ignition (autoflammability) was determined for the test substance. Following the EU method A.15, the self-ignition temperature was determined to be greater than 600 degrees Celsius.
