Additional information

The only information available is that Salicylic acid gradually discolours in sunlight. As this information is from a secondary source, it is not possible to assess its reliability. But as salicylic acid is not expected to partition significantly in the atmospheric compartment, photodegradation in air is not expected to be an important environmental fate process for this substance.
