Methylsilanetriyl triacetate is a solid at standard conditions; however, the substance is not isolated or used in the solid form. Therefore, the requirement to conduct a granulometry study is waived in accordance with Column 2 of REACH Annex VII because the substance is marketed and used in a non-solid form (liquid). The substance is not isolated or used in the solid state. The liquid state of the substance is maintained at ambient conditions with heated process equipment. The commercial material as supplied within the EU is a liquid.
