Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The freezing point of the test substance was determined to be -23 deg F (-31 deg C)
Executive summary:

The freezing point of trimethyl borate was determined. As the test substance was cooled, the temperature was recorded every fifteen seconds over a timespan of 32.25 minutes. A temperature versus time plot was prepared for each replicate determination. The freezing point was determined from the equilibrium portion of the freezing curve. Following ASTM method D 101 5-99, the freezing point of trimethyl borate was determined to be -23 °F (-31°C).
