Any other information on results incl. tables

The test item showed no reaction when a flame was applied as ignition source at ambient temperature. The product melted.

Due to the fact that the pile could not be ignited with a flame, the main test was not necessary.

The combustion behaviour of the product at ambient temperature is characterized by the combustion number BZ 1 (no reaction).

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
other: The test item is not a highly flammable solid
Conclusions:
The test item is not a highly flammable solid in the sense of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Method A.10.
The test item has a burning number of BZ 1 (no reaction) according to VDI 2263, sheet 1.
Executive summary:

The test item is not a highly flammable solid in the sense of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Method A.10. The combustion behaviour is characterized by the combusition number. The test item has a burning number of BZ 1 (no reaction) according to VDI 2263, sheet 1.
