Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

Data on the test substance are not available. However, terrestrial studies on the toxicity to soil macroorganisms are available for two analogues substances (EC 465-080-5 and EC 401-540-3). For read-across justification see summary "Terrestrial toxicity".

In both GLP guideline studies according to OECD 207 Eisenia foetida have been exposed for 14 d with the respective test item (Bioassay and Safety Assessment Laboratory, APM 2013; CIBA-GEIGY 1990). No toxic effects have been observed up to the highest test concentration and the LC50 values after 14 d were determined to be > 1000 mg/kg soil dw for both analogue substances. Since the read-across is justified it can be concluded that also the test substance is with high probability not acutely toxic to soil macroorganisms.
